Sessions are available at partner fitness facilities, residential communities, or other approved locations depending on the service provided.

The goal is never to push through pain. Exercise is carefully modified based on your symptoms, movement abilities, and comfort level. If something doesn't feel right, we adjust the program accordingly.

Yes. I frequently work with individuals managing orthopedic conditions, arthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes, hypertension, balance concerns, and other movement limitations. Every program is developed within my professional scope of practice and individualized to the client.

By combining movement assessments, strength training, balance, mobility, and education, I create programs that support not only fitness but also confidence, independence, and long-term health.
