My passion is helping people move with greater confidence, strength, and independence. Whether I'm working one-on-one with a client, leading a wellness program for an independent living community, or collaborating with healthcare professionals, my goal is always the same: to improve quality of life through thoughtful, evidence-informed exercise.
Why Do I do this?
I discovered early in my career that many people don't need harder workouts—they need smarter ones.
While working alongside physical therapists and coaching clients of all ages, I saw how individualized movement could restore confidence, reduce pain, and improve everyday life.
Those experiences shaped the philosophy behind Tucson's Optimized Fitness: meet people where they are and help them build lasting strength for the life they want to live.
Experience that Extends beyond the Gym
My professional experience includes working in outpatient physical therapy, personal training, assisted stretching, and continuing education in corrective exercise and healthy aging.
These experiences have strengthened my ability to work with individuals managing orthopedic conditions, chronic pain, balance concerns, osteoporosis, joint replacements, and other movement limitations.
